What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no forms and no shopping basket.

• No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking service on this site.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. This site does not set cookies for advertising, analytics or profiling.
• No third-party embeds. Pages load only files served from this domain, so no third party is contacted when you read them.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which normally include your IP address, the page requested and the time of the request. These are created by the hosting infrastructure for security and reliability, and we do not use them to build a profile of you.

If you email us

When you email media@1stklass.co.uk we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

We keep business correspondence for as long as it is relevant to the matter it concerns, and then delete it. Some records are kept longer where we are required to keep them, for example records needed for company accounts and tax. If you want to know how long we hold something specific, ask us and we will tell you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Email media@1stklass.co.uk and we will respond.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection, at ico.org.uk.

HertsPartners is separate

HertsPartners is a platform owned and operated by 1STKLASS LTD, but it is a different service with its own accounts and its own privacy policy. This page covers only 1stklass.co.uk. If you have a HertsPartners account, read the privacy policy published on that site, because it is the one that applies to your account.
